Eligibility: This promotion is available to customers who purchase a qualifying perfume from our online store or participating retail locations within the UAE. The offer is limited to one sample per perfume purchased.

Sample Provision: Customers will receive a complimentary sample of the same fragrance with their perfume order. This sample is provided to allow the customer to try the fragrance before deciding to keep the full-size product.

Trial Period: Customers have 3 days from the date of delivery to decide whether to keep the full-size perfume. The trial period starts on the day the package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Return Policy:

• If the customer decides not to keep the full-size perfume, it must be returned unopened and in its original packaging within the 3-day trial period.
• Returns will not be accepted if the perfume bottle has been opened, used, or tampered with in any way.
• The company will cover the cost of return shipping for customers within the UAE. Detailed return instructions will be provided by our customer service team upon request for a return.

Refund Process: Once the returned perfume is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3-4 business days, provided the return complies with the stated conditions.

Damage or Defects: If the perfume is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide instructions for a return or exchange at no additional cost.

Exclusions: This promotion cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or promotions. It is also not applicable to bulk or wholesale purchases.

Final Decision: The company reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these terms and conditions. All determinations regarding returns and refunds are at the discretion of the company and are final.

Modification of Terms: The company reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
